There is a restricted service on postage of items at present due to Covid 19
to keep ourselves as safe as possible we will be delivering out small items only that we can post at the post box and will post out larger items as soon as we are able once restrictions are lifted.
Please be assured if you do still want to shop on our online store whilst the restrictions are in place then we will hold your item until we can deliver it safely to you or collection from our Haslemere studio will also be available.

All Large pieces of Furniture can be collected from studio or Delivery prices to be quoted at time of order.
£3.95 p&p will be automatically charged to the total of the invoice of all items
on large furniture items please contact us beforehand to get a quote on delivery costs to your area ~ if the £3.95 has already been taken on checkout then this will be taken off final delivery costs.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.
Returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
If the item is unsuitable then please let us know within 24 hours of receiving via email or call us on 07719 718730
Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you with evidence & therefore no refund will be given.
Once we receive the whole order back in perfect condition then we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that never reach us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
