Set within the majestic manor house of Frensham Heights with its rooms filled with sumptuous treasures of Decorative antiques, interiors & lifestyle, artisan makers, slow fashion brands & lots of glorious styling inspiration to take you into the festive season ahead.
Also explore the grounds & walled garden overlooking the most stunning views enjoying a mulled wine whilst warming yourselves by the fire pits ~ a perfect setting for our pretty boutique marquee filled with even more wonderful dealers to shop & browse.
Early Bird Ticket sales go live mid July ~ book before end of August for a 20% discount on tickets using code EARLYBIRD20 ~ A Limited number tickets will be available so do book early to avoid disappointment

Early Bird Tickets gives you access to the House & marquee on the lawn from 10am (you can arrive from 9.30am to park & make your way over & have a coffee & browse the courtyard stands) *Please Note* NO ENTRY will be allowed for toilet use etc before 10am Normal entry tickets start from 11am - 3pm

This ticket admits you into the fair from 11am into the house & marquee on the lawn ~ the courtyard will be open for coffees & shopping from 10.30am Tickets are £6.00 online or £7.50 on the door Please car share if you can to free up parking so we can allocate you as near as possible to venue ~ overflow car parks will be in operation as soon as main car parks become full.
